This policy explains what information we collect on testeqgroup.com, how we use it, and who we share it with. We've written it in plain language because that's how we'd want to read it.
What we collect
When you submit a quote request or sell-equipment inquiry, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company or organization name, details about the equipment you're buying or selling, and any photos you upload.
We also collect standard technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, through our hosting provider and basic analytics. We do not use this to identify you personally.
How we use it
We use your information for one purpose: responding to your inquiry about buying or selling test equipment. That includes contacting you by email or phone, preparing quotes and offers, and arranging logistics if a transaction moves forward.
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for unrelated advertising. We do not add you to marketing lists you didn't ask to join.
Who we share it with
TestEQ Group works with our fulfillment partners to fulfill purchases and sales. When you submit an inquiry, we share your inquiry details with them so your request can be quoted, processed, and completed. They use it for the same purpose we do: handling your transaction.
Like most websites, we rely on a small number of vendors to operate: website hosting (Vercel), transactional email (Resend), and image storage for uploaded photos (Cloudinary). These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
We'll disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.

Photo uploads
Photos you upload with a sell inquiry are stored with our image hosting provider and shared with our fulfillment partner to evaluate your equipment. Don't include anything in photos you wouldn't want us to see — serial numbers and asset tags are fine and helpful; documents with personal information are not necessary.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records as long as needed to handle your transaction and maintain our business records, after which they're deleted or anonymized. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, ask — see below.
Your choices
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at sales@testeqgroup.com or call (321) 377-3160 and we'll handle it. Residents of states with consumer privacy laws (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and Virginia) may have additional rights under those laws; we honor reasonable requests from anyone regardless of state.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies necessary for it to function. We don't run third-party advertising cookies or trackers.
Children
This site is for business use and not directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page.
